1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on this website are digital ebooks delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved. Because of the nature of digital products, once the ebook has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
2. No Return Policy
Since our product is a downloadable digital file, returns and exchanges are not applicable and physical returns are not possible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if you were charged twice for the same product, did not receive the download link after successful payment, or the file is corrupted or technically damaged. You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if you changed your mind, no longer need the product, misunderstood the product description, or successfully downloaded the ebook.
